i really enjoyed the private airport transfer included with the v level room. the room itself was spacious and very clean. the pools were also kept nice and clean .
the sun loungers on the balcony lacked cushions , , made them uncomfortable.

The hotel has a beautiful beach. the room included a refrigerator. I appreciated this. (especially when i bought my own beverages)
the gym looked a bit sad. used cups and glasses were not taken out of the room and replaced during housekeeping service.

josip, the waiter at la mar, provided attentive service. he ensured a special evening for our family. my children enjoyed the charcoal grilled lobster. breakfast for v level guests was a good experience. the beach was acceptable, even though it was not sandy. the swimming pool area was nice and well kept.
some wear and tear was visible in places throughout the hotel.

mr. luksa assisted with retrieving my jacket from a previous hotel. he arranged shipping to the usa. the location is great because it is right on the bus line. it also has good swimming spots nearby.
the wi-fi was sometimes spotty during peak hours which was slightly inconvenient.

the hotel's location was a plus since it was near the bus stop for convenient access to the old town.
the room was not excellent. one bottle of water was provided upon arrival but never refilled. the bathroom lacked ventilation and amenities were limited. towels seemed like 3-star quality and not enough of them were available.
