charmed by the really good service
private transfer spacious room clean pools
i really enjoyed the private airport transfer included with the v level room. the room itself was spacious and very clean. the pools were also kept nice and clean .
the sun loungers on the balcony lacked cushions , , made them uncomfortable.

the breakfast had a great choice for v level guests , served in their own restaurant , however , i found the capsule coffee in the room was actually better than the coffee available at breakfast.

my v level room was spacious and well set up. it included a balcony with a beautiful view of the islands. the room had plenty of amenities , so i always felt comfortable.

the hotel had a fabulous outdoor pool and beach area. the spa area included saunas and felt very relaxing. maro world provided additional facilities and amenities .

beautiful beach room refrigerator sad gym missing cups
The hotel has a beautiful beach. the room included a refrigerator. I appreciated this. (especially when i bought my own beverages)
the gym looked a bit sad. used cups and glasses were not taken out of the room and replaced during housekeeping service.

charmed by coastal tranquility
attentive service sandy beach excellent breakfast
josip, the waiter at la mar, provided attentive service. he ensured a special evening for our family. my children enjoyed the charcoal grilled lobster. breakfast for v level guests was a good experience. the beach was acceptable, even though it was not sandy. the swimming pool area was nice and well-kept.
some wear and tear was visible in places throughout the hotel.

a bus stop is located right outside, which offers easy access to the city. i found this so convenient. other resorts nearby offer additional exploration opportunities.

excellent service bus line good swimming
mr. luksa assisted with retrieving my jacket from a previous hotel. he arranged shipping to the usa. the location is great because it is right on the bus line. it also has good swimming spots nearby.
the wi-fi was sometimes spotty during peak hours which was slightly inconvenient.

limited amenities bathroom ventilation
the hotel's location was a plus since it was near the bus stop for convenient access to the old town.
the room was not excellent. one bottle of water was provided upon arrival but never refilled. the bathroom lacked ventilation and amenities were limited. towels seemed like 3-star quality and not enough of them were available.

i found the beach area quite disappointing. the sunbeds seemed worn and the umbrellas were not easy to adjust. also, the towels offered there showed noticeable wear and tear..
